With a BSc in Remedial Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy, the treatments I offer are Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Thai Yoga Massage and Indian Head Massage. For details of these therapies and their benefits please click on the links at the bottom of this page.

In my work as a Massage therapist I find that the key to succesful Bodywork is to keep my clients involved in every step of their treatment, from planning out sessions which suit their individual needs, to carrying out and assessing our work together. If you are looking for Bodywork Therapy, either to help with an old injury, to alleviate pain, to optimise your training programme, or simply to relax and soothe you, then please browse through my website which will help you decide which therapy is right for you.

If you live in the South London area and are looking for regular or a one-off Bodywork treatment you can contact me for appointments and information on  07949 354 166 or use my Contact Me page.
