About Anna Williams

Having gained a BSc (Hons) in Remedial Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy at the University of Westminster, London, I qualified in Swedish Massage in May 2006 and have been practising since November 2006. Within my degree I also qualified in Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and Thai Yoga Massage, which I have been practising since December 2007. I also qualified in Indian Head Massage in 2009, Pregnancy Massage in 2016, and Myofascial Release in 2019. I am committed to regularly updating and refining my knowledge and skills.

I have consciously chosen to keep my prices affordable, as I strongly believe that massage should be available to those who need it. This means you will pay less for your massage than at other centres, without losing any of the quality and benefit.

In Addition

I also offer Massage at various corporate and social events, as well as workplace Massage.

For almost eight years I worked at the South East Cancer Help Centre in Purley, South London, and for over six of these, I was also in the Macmillan Centre at Croydon University Hospital. My work at both these places involved providing therapeutic Massage for cancer sufferers, as well as their carers and close family members. I have also offered regular massage on a voluntary basis at a Leonard Cheshire Disability home. I regularly offer pre and post-event massage at various marathons and half-marathons around Kent.

I enjoy working in a holistic and person-centred way with a wide range of people and believe that anyone can benefit from the many forms of Remedial Bodywork that exist.

I also offer some home visits in the areas of Sydenham/Forest Hill/Penge in South East London
